Shipping & Returns

The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights and in all cases English law shall apply.
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items.

We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit/debit card.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. All online payments are handled securely by PayPal - you do not need to have a Paypal account, you can use your normal credit card. You can also send us your order in writing with a cheque payable to Collarways or call us to place your order over the phone. See the Privacy Statement page for more information.

Shipping UK

We aim to deliver to any address in the UK & Europe within three working days of the order date. All orders are sent on a 4-5 working days service. If your order is placed by 10am on a working day it will ship that day, otherwise it will ship the next working day.

Shipping EU

P&P on orders up to £25 to other European Countries is £7.50 and are sent by Airmail - please allow 14 days transit. Orders over £25 are charged £15 and are sent by Airsure a faster service with tracking (please note, countries where Airsure is not available, these orders will be send by International Signed For service).

Non-european Overseas Orders

We do not normally ship to non-European countries.Please email us.


Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the items.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase once you've received it, you can return it to us in its original and saleable condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note that special offer items cannot be returned for a refund, but we will be happy to replace it for a different product or issue a credit note if the item is unsuitable.

Faulty items

Should any product purchased from Collarways be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the website then we will either replace or refund the product. Please call Collarways on 01747 832050 if you wish to return an item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax,e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site from time to time. Prices, goods and availability of goods are subject to change at any time.
